Michael R. Kadoch Bio

With a vested interest in the well-being of the community he calls his own, Michael R. Kadoch, Esq., established his law practice in Plantation. It was an early career opportunity following law school that allowed Kadoch to dabble in real estate, prompting a desire to one day own his own real estate law firm in Florida. Almost ten years ago,
Kadoch saw his dreams come to fruition as he opened the doors to Kadoch Law Group, a law firm specializing in handling all types of real estate transactions, as well as business, corporate, and estate planning law. Kadoch was born in New York City.
As a child, Kadoch and his family moved to Israel, where he attended his earlier years of clementary school earning his
Israeli roots, love of Israeli culture, and full-knowledge of the Hebrew language.
In his elementary through High School years, Kadoch was actively involved in various activities including martial arts, playing baseball and basketball,and was a member of his middle school and high school marching and concert bands. Mr.
Kadoch completed his Bachelor of Science in finance at The Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, before attending law school at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. In College, Kadoch was actively involved in FSU’s Hillel organization and was also a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. Through his involvement in various teams and organizations, Michael learned the values of being structured, disciplined, and determined.
Shortly following his graduation from law school, Kadoch joined a family business vertically integrated in multiple facets of the automobile finance and sales industry as well as the real estate industry. Kadoch also did an internship at Hinshaw and Culbertson LLP, which is a national law firm involved in insurance defense and commercial transactions. This hands-on experience in the legal world coupled with his early experience with helping to run a successful business paved Kadoch’s future: and in 2009, he became a solo-practitioner.
From the outset, Michael decided that his practice would focus on using innovating and cutting-edge technology and creative techniques to handle real estate and corporate transactions. In the last nine years, Kadoch has grown his practice the old-fashioned way - from a one-man operation to a full-service, bustling law firm with an exceptional legal team. The firm handles matters relating to corporate transactions, business acquisitions, entity formation, and residential and commercial real estate closings. Michael’s practice also includes negotiating and drafting of shareholders agreements, LLC Operating Agreements, and the formation of land trusts. The firm’s clients come from all walks of life including individuals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, foreign investors, and private lenders.
Michael R. Kadoch, Esq., resides in Broward County with his wife and three children. He stays loyal to the philosophy that obstacles are always going to be there, but tough people can survive tough challenges and tough times. Michael always says, “We should anticipate obstacles as they are part of life, but through persistence and hard work we can overcome them.”
